I have always wanted my own business and I decided that now is the time. After teaching school for 34 years, I wanted a job that was fun and one where I did not have all the paperwork, meetings, etc. I chose the name Pepe's because I thought it was a catchy name and one that belonged to my daughter's beloved dog.
 

I chose to open a consignment shop because of the current economic situation and this area of Mobile does not have a shop for adults and teens. 

 

My standards are high when consigning clothing. The clothes must be brand name, clean, on hangers and not out of date. Formal wear is accepted in the fall and early spring. I carry a wide selection of jewelry and accessories for every occasion. Each fall and spring, I buy jewelry and accessories at market and bring new and exciting items to Pepe's.
